This category encompasses any cover issued by a military base, an institution on amilitary base,

or by the "Military" in general. There are several thousand varieties,stretching from before WW

II to the present. Over 7,500 are known to exist.This category does not include U.S. Navy Ships,

though, since those constitute a separate category. Also, foreign military covers and boxes are

normally kept as separate collections.
